The Valencian underlined the importance of the victory against Girona, as well as the team’s commitment
Villarreal midfielder Vicente Iborra appeared in front of the media in the Montilivi mixed zone to analyse the Yellows victory against Girona FC: “We are very happy. It was a hard-fought victory. We’re united and that defines us as a team. To get the win here was vital because of what it signified. We went up a number of places in the table, we improved our goal difference and brought Girona into the battle for survival.”
Furthermore, the footballer from Valencia highlighted the first-team squad’s commitment: “This team will show its face. Every single one of the players is committed, they always want to play and give everything for the team. Personally, I’m very happy to be able to help my team-mates on the pitch.”
