The midfielder visited CEIP Sant Joan de Moró thanks to the ‘A Star In Your School’ initiative

Valencian midfielder Vicente Iborra visited CEIP Sant Joan de Moró thanks to the ‘A Star In Your School’ initiative. The Yellows footballer enjoyed meeting the youngsters at the school, sharing great moments and funny anecdotes about his experience as a professional footballer.

The CEIP Sant Joan de Moró pupils gave a great welcome to the Yellows footballer. What’s more, students were able to ask all sorts of questions to the Yellows midfielder, in a long and fun ‘press conference’, where the kids acted as journalists, satisfying their curiosity about an elite footballer.

The ‘A Star In Your School’ initiative, within Endavant Club Groguet, within the club’s social corporative responsibility progamme, has been going for a number of seasons. So far this campaign, Daniele Bonera and Miguelón have visited CEIP Pinto Camarón in Segorbe; Sergio Asenjo has gone to Escuelas Pías in Castellón; Andrés Fernández to the Consolación School in Burriana; Karl Toko Ekambi has visited La Panderola in Vila-real;  Miguelón and Manu Morlanes have visited CEIP José Soriano, while now Iborra has visited CEIP Sant Joan de Moró.

Throughout the season, Yellow Submarine players will visit schools to enjoy meeting the youngsters. As well as interviewing the Villarreal stars, schools in the Castellón province can enjoy a free training session taken by Yellows youth coaches and a guided tour of the Estadio de la Cerámica.
