Villarreal have had their first training session of pre-season
The starting gun has been fired. Unai Emery’s Villarreal side had their first pre-season training session at the Training Ground this morning. There is a month of preparation ahead of the UEFA Super Cup against Chelsea (11th August) and the start of LaLiga against Granada (16th August).
The Submarine will train at 10am CEST all next week at the Training Ground (Monday and Wednesday with double sessions at 7pm CEST). On Friday 16th July, they will play their first pre-season friendly against Valencia CF at the Hotel Oliva Nova Golf (6:30pm CEST). On Saturday, there will be another training session at 10am CEST, and Sunday will be a rest day.
