The homegrown Yellow played the full 90 minutes against Argentina (0-0)

The Yellows Academy midfielder, Aitor Gerardo, started in the Spanish Under-17 national team’s game against Argentina, which ended in a goalless draw. The Villarreal CF U19 player played the entire game, and was one of the standout performers.

It is worth noting that Yeremi Pino was also picked for the intercontinental match, but had to leave the team early after picking up an injury in his right eye.

The U17 national side, managed by David Gordo, is in Group E, along with Argentina, Tajikistan and Cameroon.
