The Catalan footballer shared this important individual trophy with the fans, which recognizes his excellent performances last season in Europe. Yellows supporters responded from the stands, dedicating a great reception to the striker.
The trophy was given to the No.7 by Michael Heselschwerdt, UEFA head of club competitions, and Maxwell Scherrer, UEFA chief of football development, as Gerard was unable to attend the Europa League group stage draw for the 21/22 season, where the winner of the award was announced.
