Gerard Moreno, the Yellows top scorer, scored twice in Villarreal’s 0-2 win over Real Betis
Villarreal forward Gerard Moreno appeared in front of Villarreal TV to analyse the Yellows’ deserved win over Real Betis (0-2). The top Spanish goalscorer in LaLiga, with 15 goals, hailed the team’s great run: “We’re doing everything really well. Every one of my team-mate’s work is spectacular. We’re in a really positive run and we want it to last as long as possible.”
The Yellows No.7 is having one of his best moments as a professional footballer: “I feel really confident. My team-mates and coaching staff support me and give me a lot of freedom, and in front of goal I’m feeling great. I’m happy that I can help with goals., but we need to bring more than just goals. I’m very happy of the hard work I’m doing, but at the end of the day, what’s really important is that the team get three points and that’s what we’re doing.”
