The Villarreal duo took part in Spain Under-21’s victory against Albania (3-0)
Villarreal CF footballers Pablo Fornals and Alfonso Pedraza were protagonists of Spain Under 21’s comfortable 3-0 win over Albania, which means ‘La Rojita’ have now qualified for the 2019 European Under-21 Championships as group winners.
Fornals was named in the starting XI and played the full 90 minutes of the match, which took place at the Estadio Nuevo Arcángel in Córdoba. Pedraza came off the bench in the 65th minute, replacing Mikel Oyarzabal, and provided an assist for the third and final goal. The scorers for Spain were Oyarzabal, Borja Mayoral and Rafa Mir.
