The Yellows president received the FFCV’s golden medal, the highest distinction of football in the Region of Valencia
The Valencian Football Federation (Federación de Fútbol de la Comunitat Valenciana) has honoured Villarreal president Fernando Roig, awarding him the FFCV Golden Medal, the highest distinction of football in the Region of Valencia. The governing body of Valencian football also recognised Villarreal B and Villarreal Women for their promotions to Primera RFEF and the top division of women’s football in Spain.
Representing the club were Villarreal president Fernando Roig; CEO Fernando Roig Negueroles; vice-president José Manuel Llaneza; one of the Villarreal Women captains Bea Prades; Marcos Senna and Tino Traver, two members of the club’s Institutional Relations Department. The gala took pace in at the Fundación Deportiva Municipal de Valencia.
