Inmersión Villarreal is an exciting experience in which fans can immerse themselves in the history of Villarreal CF by visiting the official museum and completing a fascinating tour of the Estadio de la Cerámica.

Visitors will be immersed in the history, identity and values of Villarreal CF in an exciting audiovisual and interactive journey through the different themed rooms of the museum, set in the Yellow Submarine. After the visit to this innovative space, the adventure continues with an impressive guided tour of the Estadio de la Cerámica, which will take you to its most exclusive and emblematic places.

1. How much does a ticket for the museum and tour cost?
  • The price for adults is €15.
  • The price for Villarreal season-ticket holders and fan-card holders is €12.
  • The price for children (six to 12 years old) is €12.
  • Children who are season-ticket holders or fan-card holders pay €10.
  • Admission is free for children under the age of 6.
2. From what age do children pay to visit Inmersión Villarreal?

From 6 years old onwards. They must always be accompanied by an adult.

3. I am a Villarreal CF season-ticket holder and/or fan-card holder, can someone else use my discount?

All benefits, discounts and advantages that season-ticket holders and fan-card holders have are personal and non-transferable, and are only valid for the season-ticket holder and/or fan-card holder. Identification will be required, alongside the season ticket and/or fan card. 

4. Does the price change if I buy my ticket online or in the Official Stores?

No. The ticket is the same. You can buy tickets on the official Villarreal CF website or in the Official Stores.

5. Can tickets be bought at the Estadio de la Cerámica on the day of the visit?

Yes, buy visiting the Estadio de la Cerámica Stadium Store. Although tickets are subject to availability and established times.

6. What payment methods are available when purchasing my tickets?

If you purchase tickets online, you will need to pay with debit or credit card. If the tickets are purchased in the Official Stores, you will be able to pay with debit or credit card, or in cash.

7. How do I receive my tickets after purchasing them online?

If you purchase tickets online, you will receive them via email. However, if you purchase them in the Official Stores, you will receive printed versions of your tickets.

8. How long does the Inmersión Villarreal visit last?

The estimated duration of the Museum and Tour experience is an hour and 45 minutes in total. The visit to the museum is approximately 45 minutes, although visitors can stay there as long as they want, always respecting the museum’s closing times. The approximate duration of the guided tour of the Estadio de la Cerámica is an hour.

9. How long before do I have to arrive?

You can arrive at any time after your assigned time. In the last scheduled time of each session (1pm and 7pm), you will need to enter Inmersión Villarreal half an hour after at the latest (1:30pm and 7:30pm).

10. Do I need to print my tickets?

You can print your tickets or show them on your mobile.

11. How can I reserve tickets for children under the age of 6?

Children under the age of 6 do not need tickets to enjoy the experience. They will need to be accompanied by an adult and have proof of age.

12. Can children visit Inmersión Villarreal alone?

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

13. Is the tour of the Estadio de la Cerámica guided?

Yes. Inmersión Villarreal is a Museum & Tour experience. The museum is self-guided, but the visit of the stadium will be alongside an official Villarreal CF tour guide.

14. In what languages can I enjoy Inmersión Villarreal?

The museum is trilingual, and can be enjoyed in Spanish, Valencian and English. The guided tours of the Estadio de la Cerámica will be in Spanish and English.

15. Can I get a ticket to just visit the museum?

Museum visits are always accompanied by a tour of the Estadio de la Cerámica. The only exceptions are on matchdays or days where there are special events, when guided tours will not be held. On occasions like that, only the museum will stay open and general tickets will cost €10, while the price for season-ticket holders and fan card holders will be €8, the price for children (aged 6 to 12) will be €8 and the price for children (aged 6 to 12) who are season-ticket holders or fan-card holders will be €6.

16. Can I buy tickets without a date or time?

No. To enjoy Inmersión Villarreal, you need to select a date or time. Should you not be able to go at the purchased, in exceptional circumstances, you will be able to visit the experience in another of the available time frames that day.

17. I am unable to go to Inmersión Villarreal on the date for which I bought my ticket.

If you are unable to attend on the day for which you bought your ticket, don’t worry. Let us know at least 24 hours before by sending your tickets to inmersionvillarreal@villarrealcf.es and we will change your visit to another available date.

18. Can people who use wheelchairs visit Inmersión Villarreal?

The museum is completely adapted for people with reduced mobility, while the tour of the Estadio de la Cerámica is not fully adapted. However, visitors with reduced mobility should contact inmersionvillarreal@villarrealcf.es via email beforehand to be able to organise their visit to the stadium and enjoy an adapted experience.

19. How can I access Inmersión Villarreal?

Access is via Gate 27 of the Estadio de la Cerámica, in the Fondo Sur stand, near the sculptures by Jaume Plensa.

20. Can I take photos or videos in Inmersión Villarreal?

Yes, taking photos is allowed throughout the Museum and Tour.

21. Once I have entered the Inmersión Villarreal experience, can I leave and return?

No, you can only enter once with your ticket.

22. Where can I park?

There is a car park next to the Estadio de la Cerámica, next to the Gate where you enter to visit Inmersión Villarreal. You can also find car parking on the street in Calle de la Ermita or Calle Blasco Ibáñez.

23. Can we eat in the stadium before or after the visit to the museum?
Yes. There are two restaurants in the Estadio de la Cerámica, El Ceramista and El Vasco, where you can have lunch or dinner before or after your visit.
