The side from Vila-real won both in the U10s and U8s groups
El Torneo 3X3 ‘Groguet’ ha celebrado esta tarde su tercera jornada de la temporada en la que han participado los equipos benjamines y prebenjamines del Esportiu Vila-real, Burriana FB y Alqueries CF. Tras una vibrante sucesión de encuentros, triunfó, en categoría benjamín, el grupo Iborra del Esportiu Vila-real, que superó al grupo Gerard del Alqueries CF en la tanda de penaltis, tras concluir el tiempo reglamentario con empate a uno.
The 3v3 ‘Groguet’ tournament took place with its third edition of the season before today’s LaLiga game with Alavés, with U8s (prebenjamín) and U10s (benjamín) sides from Esportiu Vila-real, Burriana FB and Alqueries CF taking part. The Iborra group from Esportiu Vila-real beat the Gerard group from Alquieries CF on penalties at U10 level after a 1-1 draw in normal time, while in the U8s, Esportiu Vila-real’s Iborra group beat Burriana FB’s Gerard group 1-3.
The winners got a champions medal and had a photo with the Villarreal starting XI before the LaLiga game.
Each editio, there is a winner per age group, with the final taking place later in the season with the winners from each edition, before the final during half-time of a Villarreal CF match.
