The Villarreal footballer gifted 30 pairs of shoes to those at the foundation

Happiness and presents with Christmas around the corner. Villarreal attacker Samu Chukwueze visited the Casa Ronald McDonald in Valencia this Thursday in an event as part of Endavant Solidaritat. The Nigerian gifted 30 pairs of trainers for members of the Valencian foundation, getting involved in the charity initiative ‘Kicks for Kids’.

The youngsters and their families at the Casa Ronald McDonald could meet the Yellows star, who shared some stories about his professional growth. The Villarreal No.11 also handed out postcards and signed autographs.

La Casa Ronald McDonald, a home away from home

La Casa Ronald McDonald de Valencia se inauguró en febrero de 2013 y acoge a niños enfermos que, junto a sus familias, se vean en la necesidad de desplazarse de sus domicilios habituales para recibir tratamiento médico de larga duración en alguno de los centros de la red hospitalaria pública valenciana. Cabe resaltar que la Fundación Infantil Ronald McDonald tiene repartidos más de 300 centros por todo el mundo. 

The Casa Ronald McDonald in Valencia was launched in February 2013 and hosts ill children who, alongside their families, need to move away from their normal homes to receive long-term medical treatment in one of the public medical centres or hospitals in Valencia. Ronald McDonald Children’s Charities have more than 300 centres across the world.
