Fernando Roig handed over the charity cheque from the Fan Festival and the bars at the event
The president of Villarreal, Fernando Roig, has handed over a charity cheque with all the proceeds from the Fan Festival (Fiesta de la Afición), which has been donated to Aspanion, in collaboration with the Celtic Submarí fan club.
The club and the fan club have donated all the profits from the X Cursa Solidària Celtic Submarí and the bars set up on the pitch of the Estadio de la Cerámica during the event in tribute to the fans, which was held on 24th June as part of the programme of events for the #CentenariGroguet centenary celebrations.
The donation, promoted by Villarreal CF, is part of the club’s Endavant Solidaritat programme.
