Villarreal midfielder Santi Cáseres appeared in front of the Villareral TV microphone to analyse the important European victory against FC Spartak Moscow (2-0), which confirmed the Yellow Submarine’s passage to the UEFA Europa League Round of 32 as group winners: “It was key to win. It was a final and we went into it like one. We went for the victory from the first minute. We found the back of the net soon, and that gave us confidence so we could play our game.”
Furthermore, the Villarreal No.5 underlined the team’s response in a vital match: “We went out on to the pitch to play with a good attitude and desire. We got three important points.
