The Yellows manager hails his players’ performance and praises the good start to pre-season
Villarreal manager Javi Calleja appeared in front of the press after Villarreal’s 3-0 win over West Bromwich Albion in the first pre-season friendly.
The Yellows boss underlined the good performance put in by his side against the English outfit: “We have very positive feelings. The work that we carried out during the week was reflected here. I saw a team with clear ideas that is working well. I’m happy with everyone’s performance, although this is only just getting started and there is a lot left to do to be in a good place when the season starts.”
