Villarreal CF this morning completed the first training session of the 2019/20 season

¡Vuelta a la carga! El Villarreal CF ha completado este lunes el primer entrenamiento de la pretemporada. El Submarino Amarillo se ha ejercitado a las órdenes de Javi Calleja en el Campo 1 de la Ciudad Deportiva. Los amarillos volverán a entrenar esta tarde a las 18.30 horas nuevamente en la Ciudad Deportiva.

Back to the routine! This Monday morning, Villarreal CF completed the first training session of pre-season. The Yellow Submarine trained under the orders of Javi Calleja on Pitch 1 at the Villarreal CF Training Ground (Ciudad Deportiva). The Yellows will have another training session at 6:30pm this afternoon at the Training Ground.

The schedule for the first week of pre-season for the first team is as follows:

Monday 8^th July: Double training sessions.

• Morning: 9:30am CEST at the Villarreal CF Training Ground.
• Afternoon: 6:30pm CEST  at the Villarreal CF Training Ground.

Tuesday 9^th July: Double training sessions.

• Morning: 9:30am CEST at the Villarreal CF Training Ground.
• Afternoon: 6:30pm CEST at the Villarreal CF Training Ground.

Wednesday 10^th July: Single training session.

• Morning: 9:30am CEST at the Villarreal CF Training Ground.

Thursday 11^th July: Double training sessions.

• Morning: 11:30am CEST at the Villarreal CF Training Ground gym.
• Afternoon: 6:30pm CEST at the Villarreal CF Training Ground.

Friday 12^th July: Double training sessions.

• Morning: 9:30am CEST at the Villarreal CF Training Ground.
• Afternoon: 6:30pm CEST at the Villarreal CF Training Ground.

Saturday 13^th July: First pre-season match against West Bromwich Albion at the Ciudad Deportiva Camilo Cano de La Nucia (7pm CEST).

Sunday 14^th July: Rest day.
