The Yellows forward visited the Dean Martí school in Oropesa thanks to the ‘A Star In Your School’ initiative

The forward from Castellón Aixa Salvador has visited CEIP Dean Martí in Oropesa thanks to the ‘A Star In Your School’ activity. The ladies first-team player had a great time with the youngsters, sharing moments and fun anecdotes about her short, but successful career.

During the meeting, the young pupils were able to feel like they were journalists for a day and satisfy their curiosity, asking all sorts of questions in an exciting ‘press conference.’ What’s more, the students were able to get the Spain youth international’s autograph. And if that was not enough, the kids were able to go to the school’s playground and have a kickaround with Salvador.

The ‘A Star In Your School’ initiative, part of Endavant Club Groguet, within the club’s social corporative responsibility programme, has been going for a number of seasons. So far this campaign, Daniele Bonera and Miguelón have visited CEIP Pinto Camarón in Segorbe; Sergio Asenjo has gone to Escuelas Pías in Castellón; Andrés Fernández to the Consolación School in Burriana; Karl Toko Ekambi has visited La Panderola in Vila-real;  Miguelón and Manu Morlanes have visited CEIP José Soriano; Vicente Iborra has visited CEIP Sant Joan de Moró and now Salvador has visited CEIP Dean Martí in Oropesa.

Throughout the season, Yellow Submarine players will visit schools to enjoy meeting the youngsters. As well as interviewing the Villarreal stars, schools in the Castellón province can enjoy a free training session taken by Yellows youth coaches and a guided tour of the Estadio de la Cerámica.
