The Yellows youngster will face Serbia, Hungary and Ireland in the qualifying stage for the Elite Round
Aixa Salvador, Villarreal ladies first-team player, has been called up by Spain U19s to take part in the qualifying competition for the Elite Round, which will take place in Sanxenxo (Galicia) from 31st March to 10th April. The youngster, who has risen through the ranks of the Yellows Academy, will join up with the national side before the tournament, to take part in a preparation camp at Las Rozas.
The Yellows player will wear the red shirt to face Serbia, Hungary and Republic of Ireland. It will be Salvador’s debut with Spain U19s, after having won the World Cup and European championships at U17 level with the national side.
The matches that Salvador will take part in are as follows:
- Spain vs Serbia: Thursday, 3rd April, 6:30pm CEST at Estadio Vero Boquete de San Lázaro.
- Spain vs Hungary: Saturday, 6th April, 6:30pm CEST at Estadio Vero Boquete de San Lázaro.
- Republic of Ireland vs Spain: Tuesday, 9th April, 6:30pm CEST at Estadio Vero Boquete de San Lázaro.
