Marcos Senna handed over the official LaLiga Genuine sticker book to the Yellows

An incomparable memory for the Villarreal intellectually-disabled team (EDI). Marcos Senna, former Yellows captain and current member of the club’s Institutional Relations Department, made a surprise visit to the Yellow team at the Training Ground to hand over the official LaLiga Genuine sticker book to all of the team.

The EDI players were made up with the gift, and felt like their heroes, seeing themselves immortalised in a PANINI sticker album. After filling in the Villarreal CF pages, the Yellows did a group photo with the legendary Senna.

The album, edited by PANINI, manages to historically put together the real stars of LaLiga Genuine Santander, a competition formed by teams made up of people with intellectual disabilities. The 36 teams that are taking part, with more than 1,000 players and more than 160 coaches, have their own space in this first edition of the album.

By publishing the album, LaLiga wants to keep the sporting values of this competition alive, so all participants can have a great memory of taking part in the best league in the world.
