Villarreal will play Levante UD on Matchday 1 at the Ciutat de València
We’ve got our first rivals for the 2017/18 season! Villarreal CF will take on Levante UD on the weekend of 19th-20th August at the Ciutat de València stadium.
Although the Yellows were originally drawn as the home side for the fixture, Villarreal will actually play away due to the building work the club is carrying out at the Estadio de la Cerámica. For this reason the Submarine will play both their first and second matches away from home.
