CF PERALADA

Villarreal B win in Perelada (0-1) and get their fourth consecutive victory

Picking up rhythm. Villarreal B continued their massive strides and got yet another victory in their visit to CF Peralada-Girona B (0-1), which is no less than the fourth consecutive victory for Miguel Álvarez’s side.

However, the match did not start well for the Mini Submarine. In the fourth minute, a penalty against the Yellows could have changed the match, but Diego Fuoli was able to stop Yhoan Anzdouana’s spot kick. After that miss, the home time tried to make up for it, and attacked the Yellows, who were very dangerous on the counter-attack. The match was goalless at half-time.

In the second half, the match continued with Perelada in control of the ball but failing to do damage to Villarreal B, who were perfectly synchronised in defence. In the 63rd minute, a new counter-attack from the right ended with a cross from the right falling to Enric Franquesa’s feet, who made it 0-1 with a low strike.

In the 83rd minute, the Yellows were left with ten men after Pachecho was sent off, but the reserves dug deep and kept a clean sheet to get another win.
