The Supporters Union (APV) has celebrated their annual dinner at the El Molí restaurant in Vila-real
Los fichajes del Villarreal CF y los canteranos que han jugado esta temporada con el primer equipo han compartido esta tarde un momento muy especial con la afición justo antes de la tradicional cena de gala organizada por la Agrupació de Penyes (APV). El acto se celebró, un año más, en el restaurante El Molí de Vila-real y sirvió como bienvenida de la hinchada amarilla a las caras nuevas del Submarino.
The new Villarreal signings and the youth team players who have played with the first team this season shared a very special moment this evening with the fan base, just before the traditional dinner gala organised by the ‘Agrupació de Penyes’ (Supporters Union). The event took place, for yet another year, in the El Molí restaurant in Vila-real and served as a welcome from the Yellows supporters to the new faces for the Submarine.
The fan base was able to enjoy the company of Gerard Moreno, Santi Cazorla, Santi Cáseres, Miguel Layún, Javi Fuego, Dani Raba, Miguelón, Manuel Iturra, Manu Morlanes and Samu Chukwueze. The players unable to go to the event were Carlos Bacca, Ramiro Funes Mori, Karl Toko Ekambi, Pablo Fornals and Alfonso Pedraza, who are away on international duty.
The event saw an exchange of gifts and the fans were able to take pictures with their idols, as well as asking them ‘press conference’ style questions.
The ‘peñas’ (fan groups) involved were the following: Submarí Groc, Marea Groga, Celtic Submarí, Pardals Grocs, La 12, Furia Amarilla, Orgull Groguet, Sant Pasqual, La Rajola Grogueta and Chequia Groga. There were a total of 170 fans who enjoyed the event.
