Triathlete Javier Gómez Noya starred on the match against Getafe
The match between Villarreal CF and Getafe had a special start. Triathlete Javier Gómez Noya, gold medalist in London’d Olympic Games, four time World Champion and three time European Champion, performed the honorary kick off moments before the match started. The Galicia native athlete shares with Villarreal the support and sponsorship of Ceramic company Pamesa, that has traditionally been involved in sports and social projects as part of their corporate policy.
It was indeed an honor to host such an outstanding athlete who all sportsmen admire for his spirit and hard work. Villarreal CF wishes Javier best of luck for his upcoming events and we look forward to seeing him around at El Madrigal soon.
