Ticket holders of the Submarine can now apply for a free ticket to attend the LaLiga Santander match against CA Osasuna, corresponding to matchday 9 of the domestic league, which will be held next Monday 17th October, starting at 9.00pm, at the Ciutat de València.
Online application
Villarreal CF has set up a platform so that season ticket holders can apply for their tickets online for the match against CA OSASUNA: ENTRADAS ANTE ANTE EL CA OSASUNA.
To make the reservation, season ticket holders must enter their season ticket details: the last four digits of their season ticket number (PIN) and the ID as a unique password. Afterwards, they will be able to decide whether to make use of any of the free tickets -apart from the one corresponding to the season ticket- that the Yellow club is giving away to be used during the period of matches that the Submarine will play at the Ciutat de València.
Likewise, on the platform, season ticket holders will also be able to book the bus trip (3 euros), which the club organises for each match in order to make it easier for season ticket holders to travel to and from Vila-real and Valencia. The buses will depart on Thursday evening from Vila-real (from 6.15pm to 6.45pm).
At the end of the process, fans will immediately receive an email with the confirmation of the process, while the match ticket itself will be sent by post the day before the match. It should be noted that fans who have requested a bus ticket will need to present the confirmation e-mail in order to be able to make the journey.
Until when can I apply for my ticket?
Season ticket holders can apply for their ticket online until Thursday 13th October at 14.00pm. Once the deadline has passed, season ticket holders will only be able to request their ticket for the match at the ticket offices of the Ciutat de València Stadium two hours prior to kick-off.
Face-to-face application
Supporters can also apply in person at the Official Centre Shop (Plaça Major, Vila-real). The deadline for this is, the same as the online application, Thursday 13th October at 12.00pm. Those who miss the deadline must apply directly at the ticket offices of the Ciutat de València Stadium at least two hours before kick-off.

Bus information
Departure from Vila-real
- Buses will depart from Avenida Europa and from Bárbara Royo and Manuel Vicent in Vila-real.
- The starting point for the buses is the crossroads between Avenida Europa and Calle Matilde Salvador (roundabout next to the Vila-real courthouse).
- Buses will start to leave at 6.15pm and will run until 6.45pm.
- Season ticket holders must present the bus booking confirmation email (preferably printed) and personal documentation (ID card).
- On the outward journey, season ticket holders will receive a ticket with the assigned bus number and must board the same bus on the return journey.
- Buses will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Seats are not pre-allocated.
- Fans will not be allowed to leave any items on the buses. Only belongings that can be taken into the Ciutat de València Stadium will be allowed.
- People who have not booked their bus trip will not be able to travel with the club.
Arrival in Valencia and return to Vila-real
- The buses will leave the supporters at Avenida Hermanos Machado in Valencia, next to the Ciutat de València. From this same point, they will have to take the bus back to Vila-real after the match.
- Season ticket holders must show the ticket they have received before getting on the bus to Valencia and then get on the same bus for the return journey to Vila-real.
- The buses will return after the end of the match and at the latest 45 minutes after the end of the match (11.30pm).
- The buses will arrive at Avenida Europa in Vila-real.
