Villarreal sign the goalkeeper from Madrid until 2029
Villarreal CF and CD Leganés have reached a transfer agreement for Diego Conde, who signs for the Submarine until 30th June 2029.

Diego José Conde Alcolado (28th October 1998, Madrid) is a big goalkeeper who dominates the aerial game and has great reflexes under the sticks. With Conde, 25 years old and 1.88m tall, Villarreal have secured a goalkeeper for the present and future with experience in professional football.
Diego Conde was in goal for CD Leganés last season, a club that won promotion to LALIGA EA SPORTS 2024/25 thanks in large part to the work of the young keeper. The new Yellows goalkeeper won the Zamora Trophy of LALIGA HYPERMOTION 2023/24 after conceding only 26 goals in the 40 games that he played.
Trained in the youth academy of Atlético de Madrid, Diego Conde has also played for CD Navalcarnero and Getafe CF and has represented Spain at youth level.
