The opening game of the Submarine will be against Levante at the Ciutat de Valencia stadium.
The complete schedule of the 14-15 Liga BBVA has been confirmed. Villarreal will start the competition with an exciting regional derby against Levante UD at ‘Ciutat de Valencia’ Stadium on the weekend of August 24, while its last game (May 24th) will be against Athletic Club in ‘Nuevo San Mames’.
The Yellows will have a tough start because after playing the derby they will have to face FC Barcelona in their debut at El Madrigal (August, 31st). Then, Real Madrid will visit the Yellow feud on the sixth matchday (September 28th) and the first match against the current champions Atletico Madrid will be on December 14th at the Vicente Calderon Stadium.
Regarding the regional derbies, Valencia will visit ‘El Madrigal’ on November 2nd (matchday 10) and the Submarine will play at the ‘Martinez Valero’ in Elche on the 17th matchday (January 4th).
