‘A Star in your School’ visits Agora Lledó International School in Castellón
Back to school for Álvaro and Bonera. The Villarreal CF players visited Agora Lledó International School in Castellón this afternoon as part of the club’s ‘A Star in your School’ (‘Una estrella en tu Cole’) initiative. Both players had a great time, sharing special moments and funny interactions with the students, who marvelled at seeing their idols up close, having photos taken with them and getting their autographs. An unforgettable memory for the youngsters.
This is the sixth visit of the ‘A Star in your School’ initiative so far this season. Firstly, Andrés and Mario visited the CEIP Carles Selma school, then Trigueros and Barbosa visited the Pío XII school in Vila-real, Santos Borré and Rukavina went to the Felicinda Collell school in Càlig, Trigueros and Rodrigo went to the San Agustín school in Castellón and most recently, Bakambu and Jonathan dos Santos went to the Nuestra Señora de la Consolación school in Burriana. It should also be mentioned that this initiative ran successfully throughout the entire course of last season. From here on out, the Yellow Submarine players will be visiting schools in Castellón to continue to enjoy meeting school children from the local area.
Along with the interview with the Villarreal stars, the schools in the Castellón province can also enjoy a visit from some of the Yellows Academy coaches as well as a guided tour of the Estadio de la Cerámica, all free of charge.
