“I feel very good now. It’s true that I had a physical problem at the beginning, but now I can train every day and I feel very good. I like being able to train, play and help the team.”

“I needed time to adapt, to learn, to understand the tactics and adapt physically. I know I have the confidence of the coach and I think I have adapted well. It’s very important for any player to have the confidence of the head coach. I’m a young player and coming to Spain was very different in everything: training, matches, language, life…. But Marcelino has not put me under pressure and has given me time to adapt calmly. “There are changes, above all, tactically. In the Premier League it’s much more direct, more one-on-one, there are more duels, for example. Here it is more important to play as a team, there is more ball, you have to defend all together or defend the space. And since I arrived, I’ve been willing to learn.”
