Samuel Chimerenka Chukwueze (Nigeria, 22/05/1999) is a very attacking, left footed winger with wicked pace and an incredible ability to dribble past his man. He arrived at Villarreal during the 2017/18 season as a youth player, but after a short spell with the U19s, he was promoted to the B team.

In his second season as a Yellows player, he was promoted indefinitely to the first team, and has since played over 100 games for the club. He also has the honour of being part of the side that won the first UEFA Europa League title in Villarreal CF history.

Before joining Villarreal, he played in the youth teams at Future Hop, before moving onto the New Generation Academy and the Diamond Academy. He also played at the 2015 U17 World Cup in Chile.
