The club begins works to improve access, safety and create new spaces
Villarreal CF have started new construction works at the Estadio de la Cerámica with the aim of continuing to enhance its facilities. This new phase will focus on key aspects such as improving access points and optimising services through the construction of new entrances (vomitories) and distribution corridors, significantly improving the flow and safety of fans.
In addition, a new annex building will be constructed behind the North Stand (Fondo Norte with Tribuna). This space will include new sports-related facilities, parking areas and will help to further improve the experience on matchdays and during events.
In this way, the club continues the development that began with the transformation of the stadium in 2023, the year of Villarreal CF’s centenary. This ongoing evolution reinforces the Estadio de la Cerámica as one of the benchmark venues in Spanish football, thanks to its proximity to fans, modern infrastructure and the variety of spaces and experiences it offers.

For this reason, when the 2026/27 season-ticket campaign is launched, detailed information about the stadium reorganisation will be provided, and affected season-ticket holders will be contacted individually.
Villarreal CF will offer those supporters different seating alternatives so they can choose the option that best suits their preferences, ensuring their comfort and maintaining their strong connection with the team.
The club will continue to provide updates on the progress of the works as the project develops, always with the commitment to improving both safety and the overall fan experience at the Estadio de la Cerámica
