The B team goalkeeper has extended his time with Villarreal for the two further seasons
Villarreal CF have reached an agreement for the extension of Rubén Gómez’s contract, with the goalkeeper tied to the club until 2027.
A homegrown goalkeeper
Rubén Gómez Peris (Alzira, 24/01/2002) is a strong and agile goalkeeper with great reflexes. He arrived at the Villarreal CF youth academy from UD Alzira in 2019. Since then, he has played for Juvenil Roda, Juvenil A, Villarreal C and Villarreal B.
With the B team, he made his debut in the second tier last season. This year, he has represented the Mini Submarine four times in the league.
