Villarreal CF has reached an agreement to renew the contract of Ilias Akhomach. The Spanish-Moroccan winger, whose deal with the Yellow Submarine was due to run until 2027, has extended his contract by one further year, until June 2028.

Loan move to Rayo Vallecano until the end of the season

After signing his contract extension, Villarreal CF has agreed a loan deal with Rayo Vallecano for the young groguet footballer, who will wear the red-and-white shirt until the end of the current 2025/26 campaign. The loan agreement does not include a purchase option.
