The young Spanish-Moroccan player will join the Submarine after the European U19 Championships
Villarreal and Ilias Akhomach have reached an agreement that brings the player to Vila-real, where he will play for the next four seasons. For the time being, the 19-year-old winger will join Villarreal when he finishes his participation in the European U19 Championships with Spain.
Pure talent and a bright future
Despite his young age, the Spanish-Moroccan player already stands out for his talent in the final third, which is why he has a great projection on the domestic and international football scene.
Ilias played 23 games for Barça Atlètic in the RFEF First Division last season, scoring one goal, and eight games for Barça’s U19s (Juvenil A), scoring two goals, one in the División de Honor and the other in the UEFA Youth League. In addition, the promising youngster has also had his minutes with the first team in the 21/22 season with a total of three appearances; two of them in LaLiga and one in Copa del Rey.
