The Yellows will stay at the La Finca Hotel in Algorfa and will play five friendly matches
Villarreal CF now have their pre-season ready. The Yellows will on Saturday head to Algorfa to stay at the La Finca Hotel, until the 28th August. During this time, Unai Emery’s side will play three friendly games on 23rd, 25th and 28th August at the Pinatar Arena in Murcia. The first two games are confirmed to be against Cartagena and Tenerife, both Segunda División sides.
Once this tour has finished, Villarreal will return to work at the Training Ground, until the restart of LaLiga. In September, the Yellows will play two pre-season games in Vila-real.
Villarreal’s pre-season friendlies will be as follows:
- Sunday, 23rd August: Villarreal CF vs FC Cartagena (8pm CEST, Pinatar Arena).
- Tuesday, 25th August: Villarreal CF vs CD Tenerife (8pm CEST, Pinatar Arena).
- Friday, 28th August: Opponent and time TBC.
- Wednesday, 2nd September: Opponent and time TBC.
- Saturday, 5th September: Opponent and time TBC.
