The UNED (Open University of Distance Education) held a conference on Thursday titled ‘Villarreal CF, a model of success’. The talk, part of the Conferencias Blancas (White Conferences) series, featured exceptional speakers: the Villarreal head coach, Marcelino García Toral, Yellows’ legend, Marcos Senna; and the prestigious journalist and honorary president of the newspaper As, Alfredo Relaño.
The discussion, organised by the Philosophy group of CA UNED Vila-real, was moderated by Jaume Maicas, coordinator of Conferencias Blancas and journalist of Radio Castellón-Cadena Ser. The event brought together dozens of local fans at the UNED campus in Vila-real.
Participation in this conference is part of the Endavant Formació programme, with which the club promotes education and knowledge, especially in the province of Castellón.
