Villarreal will face Sparta Prague in the Quarter-finals of the Europa League after today’s draw at the UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland. The first leg will be played on 7th April in El Madrigal (9:05pm CET), while the second leg will be played the following Thursday 14th April in the Generali Arena in the Czech capital (9:05pm CET).
Sparta Prague, a historic European football club, is currently second in the Czech league table, six points behind Viktoria Plzen, who Villarreal faced in the group phase of the competition. They reached the Quarter-finals after beating the Italian side SS Lazio (1-1 and 0-3).
