    Biography

    Lucía Gómez García (Castellón, 11/10/1996) came up through the Villarreal CF youth academy. The defender first joined at U12s. After coming up through every level of the academy, Gómez joined the first team at age 15. Following a seven-season spell at Levante UD, she returned to the Yellow Submarine and has now been wearing the colours of Villarreal CF for over a decade. It's worth noting that Gómez has been an international player for all of Spain's youth teams, and was called up to the senior team in 2018.
