Alba María ‘Albeta’ López Montiel (Almazora, Castellón, 14/08/2001) came up through the Villarreal CF youth academy, progressing through every age group until she moved up to the first team.

Albeta is currently in her second spell with the Yellows. The defender is known for her tactical intelligence, ability to join the attack, and her quality left foot, which can put in crosses and assist her team-mates.
