Villarreal players Gero Rulli and Juan Foyth have received a well-deserved and special tribute for winning the 2022 Qatar World Cup. The Argentinian players took to the the pitch just before the match, accompanied by the president Fernando Roig, who presented them with with a commemorative Submarine. The players showed their world World Champions medal to the fans, who responded to the offering with a standing ovation.
