Both footballers were injured in training yesterday
After tests carried out, it can be confirmed that Villarreal CF’s Alfonso Pedraza suffered a sprained right ankle associated with chondral damage to the tibiotalar joint and damage to the stabilising muscle structures in yesterday’s training session.
Midfielder Dani Parejo suffered a sprained medial collateral ligament in his right knee during the same training session.
The recovery time depends on both footballers. The club wishes them a quick recovery.
