The Ascale National Tournament will be held for the second year in a row at the yellow stadium
The Ascale LALIGA FC FUTURES National Tournament will be played in its entirety, for the second consecutive year, at the Estadio de la Cerámica. The 31st edition of the prestigious U12 championship, which will be played from 7th to 9th June, will bear the name of Ascale, official sponsor of Villarreal CF.
It is worth noting that the competition, organised by LALIGA in collaboration with the José Ramón de la Morena Foundation and Villarreal CF, has been held in Vila-real for ten consecutive editions, with previous venues being the José Manuel Llaneza Training Ground and the Pamesa Training Ground.
In this way, the promising young players of the 20 LALIGA EA SPORTS teams will enjoy a unique experience, demonstrating their best football in an unrivalled setting such as the home of the Yellow Submarine. Entrance for the public will be free of charge.
The Yellow Submarine will be placed in Group B along with Real Sociedad, Athletic Club, Rayo Vallecano and RC Celta de Vigo. These are the teams that will play in the XXXI National Tournament Ascale LALIGA FC FUTURES:
• Group A: Real Madrid CF, Valencia CF, Cádiz CF, Deportivo Alavés, RCD Mallorca.
• Group B: Villarreal CF, Real Sociedad, Athletic Club, Rayo Vallecano, RC Celta de Vigo.
• Group C: FC Barcelona, Real Betis, Getafe CF, UD Las Palmas, UD Almería.
• Group D: Atlético de Madrid, Sevilla FC, CA Osasuna, Girona FC, Granada CF.
The opening ceremony of the tournament will take place on Thursday 6th June at 7:30pm CEST at the Estadio de la Cerámica.
Matches will be played on Friday 7th June and Saturday 8th June at 10am, with the semi-finals on Sunday 9th June at 10am and 10:45am, and the final on the same day at 1pm. The prize-giving ceremony will be at 1:50pm.
