The defender from Huesca joins on loan with an option to buy from GD Estoril Praia
Villarreal CF and GD Estoril Praia have reached an agreement for the loan of Isma Sierra, who will play for Villarreal B in the 2025/26 season. The loan deal for the defender from Huesca includes an option to buy.
Ismael Sierra Arnal (Huesca, 17th March 2003) is a tall, commanding centre-back. A versatile defender, he is comfortable playing on either side of the central defensive pairing.
In the second half of last season, he played on loan at Osasuna B in Primera RFEF, making 17 official appearances. Despite his youth, the Aragonese defender has also represented CD Teruel and Betis Deportivo.
Isma Sierra is Villarreal B’s sixth signing ahead of the 2025/26 campaign. The side coached by David Albelda have also brought in Cheikh Thiam, Pablo Pascual, Eneko Ortiz, Pablo Arenzana and Yakiv Kinareikin.
