The Yellow Submarine\u2019s first goal came after just ten minutes of play, Gerard Moreno headed home brilliantly from a Trigueros corner kick to put Calleja\u2019s side in front. Just before the break, Trigueros made it 2-0 to Villarreal after converting the penalty kick awarded for a foul on Raba in the box. The second half saw a new starting eleven take the pitch to give everyone in the Yellows squad a run out. It was a very even second half, both sides battling to keep the ball and create chances. In the 82nd minute, Villarreal had the final say though, Bacca scoring the Yellows\u2019 third of the game with an acrobatic finish. A perfect start.
