The Official Villarreal CF Supporters’ Group (Agrupación de Penyes del Villarreal CF – APV) place 19,000 yellow cards in the Estadio de la Cerámica stands, which the home fans lifted ahead of the match against RCD Espanyol, making a great mosaic as the players headed onto the pitch.
Then, in the 12th minute of each match (the 57th minute in the second half) saw the whole stadium singing the name of the Villarreal CF vice-president, who was recently diagnosed with leukaemia. We’re with you, José Manuel!
