The Yellows were unable to beat Real Madrid despite Paola Soldevila’s early goal
Villarreal Women were defeated by Real Madrid CF, currently second in the Finetwork Liga F, in a game that was very close throughout the 90 minutes. The Yellows got their noses in front first with a goal from Paola Soldevila, but a double from Weir thwarted the surprise at the Alfredo Di Stéfano.
Villarreal Women played a very serious game from the opening whistle. In fact, a strong and combative defensive line prevented the home side from attacking comfortably.
