Villarreal CF received the 2021 AS Sports Award for winning the UEFA Europa League by meating Manchester United on 26th May in Gdansk )Poland).
The prestigious award, given by the Diario AS newspaper, was collected on behalf of Villarreal CF by vice-president José Manuel Llaneza and member of the Institutional Relations department Marcos Senna. Both Yellows’ representatives attended the important gala alongside a number of standout sporting personalities and clubs from 2021.
