Villarreal’s Catalan striker Gerard Moreno has received the green light to return to training after a muscle tear in his left quadriceps. The Yellows No.7 trained this morning alongside his team-mates at the Villarreal CF Training Ground (Ciudad Deportiva).
After medical examinations, it can be confirmed that Manu Morlanes has a Grade 2 muscle tear in his right thigh. The midfielder ended the game with Rayo Vallecano in the Copa del Rey Round of 16 in discomfort, being replaced by Santi Cazorla in the 58th minute. The time of recovery depends on the footballer.
