Villarreal’s U12s (Alevín A) bowed out of LaLiga Promises International, which took place this weekend in Orlando (Florida, United States), after losing in the quarter-finals against Real Betis by a narrow 1-0 scoreline.
The Yellows had previously enjoyed an impeccable group phase in which they won their two matches against US side Ideasport (1-0) and Atlético de Madrid (0-1). It was indeed the latter who ended up winning the final after defeating Espanyol in the final (2-0).
