

The Yellows Reserves draw in a match affected by a controversial penalty given to the home side
Villarreal B drew in their visit to the Nova Creu Alta in Sabadell. The home side went ahead after a controversial penalty, but soon after, Rubén Mesa drew the Yellows level.
Miguel Álvarez lined up a team with important changes, such as the return of Andrei and Quintillà after their suspensions. It was also the first time Chuca started after he returned from his loan spell at Elche.

The equaliser for the Yellows came from Mesa, with the striker finishing at the back post after a cross from the right.
