The Yellows, represented by H1dalgo, have won one of the most important eSports tournaments in Spain
It has been a season to remember so far for Villarreal CF in eSports. Yellows player Alejandro Hidalgo, known as H1dalgo, has been won the eCopa RFEF, one of the most important FIFA 21 tournaments in Spain.
Villarreal CF are continuing that success in the eLaLiga Santandar. The Yellows are in the hands of H1dalgo and Adrian Cifuentes (AdrianCifuentes), and are second in Group A with 34 points. They have also confirmed their participation in next season’s eLaLiga Santander Cup, an in-person tournament that will take place on 3rd and 4th April in Barcelona, involving the best four teams from each group.
Thanks to the collaboration with QLASH, Villarreal CF are exceeding all expectations with just three games left of the regular league season. The Submarine have an impressive return of 11 wins, a draw and three losses, scoring 62 goals and conceding 36.
From the second half of April, Villarreal will take part in the final stage of the 2020/21 eLaLiga Santander season, which will be made up of eight teams – the best four from Group A and Group B, in an exciting tournament that will crown this season’s winner. H1dalgo and AdrianCifuentes are still chasing that dream.
