Quique Setién and Miguel Álvarez’s teams will carry out a pre-season training camp until 21st July
Villarreal and Villarreal B have headed to Switzerland, where they will complete a pre-season training camp until 21st July. Quique Setién and Miguel Álvarez’s teams are staying at the Säntispark facilities, located in the town of St. Gallen.
During this period, Villarreal will train at the FC Abtwil-Engelburg Sports City and will play two friendly matches against FC St. Gallen (15th July, at 6pm CEST) and SC Rheindorf Altach (18th July, at 7:30pm CEST). Before returning to Spain, Villarreal will travel to Germany to face Hannover 96 (22nd July, 2pm CEST).
Villarreal B will train at the St. Gallen Sports City and will play two preparation games against FC Wil 1900 (15th July, 5pm CEST) and FC Winterthur (18th July, 7pm CEST). They will also play Hannover 96 U23s before returning to Vila-real (22nd July, 10am).
